Business Conflict Resolution Consulting

Workplace conflict and even violence is the fear of every owner and worker. "Going Postal" has become a present danger in the workplace. Outside of violence, workplace conflict is a great destroyer of productivity and both worker and management satisfaction. Still Waters has available conflict resolution programs for the workplace.

Meditation/Arbitration Services

Not all conflicts can be prevented. When they cannot be prevented they need to be worked out. Still Waters provides both mediation and arbitration services to individuals and businesses. Whether the conflict be business or marital or just poor inter-personal relationships, Still Waters has services available to not only resolve conflicts but restore relationships.

Missionary Services

It is universally agreed that conflict is the great destroyer of the missionary enterprise. Still Waters exists to offer missionary agencies and missionaries services to resolve conflicts and restore relationships and to train missionary candidates in conflict recognition, prevention, and resolution.

There is no better subject for men's or couples retreats than peacemaking. All of our relationships are arenas for spiritual warfare and the fully equipped Christian warrior needs to be prepared to deal with the conflicts that naturally arise in all of our relationships.
